Everyday I buy coffee and sometimes something else on my way to work and had always have a good service but today june 17 2024 at 6:38 am, when buying my coffee, as I pay with my cellphone, I need 3 to 5 seconds to put my phone in his ... place and the cashier asked me to move, I didn't say anything and then one second later asked to move again, I replayed saying there was no one behind me , besides 5 seconds is not much. Then she in a rude manner say, you can not send messages while here. Why is she assuming what I am doing in my phone?. Why she is saying that when I was just accommodating my coffe and my phone?. This location usually has had a good service to me but it's sad that for just one employee who woke up in a bad mood, ruined the effort of those employees who give good service. Read more

horrible service, staff talking and screaming so loud in the tiny kitchen and not about work!....that you cant hear what the person is saying to you when you order through the drive through, they clearly cant hear either and make you repeat yourself 10 times, this is the worst location ... in the city. I hope staffs today stays permanent. Thanks for my meal and coffee. Keep it up. The staff who handed me my coffee told me to go to the left side and she will bring out the food. I didn't have to wait that long as I was in a cab. ... The last time I was here was around same time on my way to work at 8 a.m. , I only saw 1 guy manning the till, hence the long line up. Walked in to the Tim's at 10:05pm Wednesday evening. An employee came to the counter and I started to ask if they had something. Before I finished speaking she rudely said "We have no sandwiches" I then started to ask about something else and she snapped at me "We don't ... have anything. We are about to close" This location says it closes at 11pm. Even if they were closing the person could have been polite. Won't be back!
