Tim Hortons - Winnipeg, Manitoba

This is easily the worst Tim Horton's in the city. Two weeks ago I got a Bagel BELT and when I opened it, half the bottom of my bagel was missing. This morning, I ordered one of the new Dream Filled Caramilk donuts to bring to a coworker. They handed ... it to me in a paper bag. My first thought was that an iced donut probably doesn't belong in a paper bag, but I don't work there so I assume there is a reason for this packaging decision. Sure enough, I get to work and check on the donut, and as you will see from the photos below, not only was most of the icing and toffee bits removed from the top of the donut and attached to the inside of the bag, but they had also thrown a receipt inside the same bag, which was caked into the remaining icing on the donut. At the risk of sounding like a conspiracy theorist... receipts generally shouldn't be near your food as they have been proven to contain harmful chemicals... but mashed into the icing of a donut? This Tim Hortons locations looks new and well maintained. The pastry well stocked eventhough it's already 9pm.

Found three separate pieces of plastic in my soup. After contacting customer service, the stores “management” reached out over a week later with an automated message. Never asked what happened, to see photos, did not even personalize it with my name or anything. When I sent a email in response, I ... was met with an automated message saying they do not respond to emails from that address. Mistakes happen, but after this incident, I would caution against ordering anything from this location as they obviously struggle with accountability or health standards. Read more

At first i ordered everything croissant sandwich. Gave me plain bagel. Came back to change the order. They said everything croissant is plain bagel. After got changed my order. Opened my sandwich. Burned in side

This was by far the worst breakfast sandwich I've ever been served. Half an egg, the sausage was fold in half and overcooked on one side. Croissant was burned amd hard. When I called to complain, I could hear the staff in the background asking who was going to ... take the call for the manager. At the end of the day, they will replace my sandwich but there are so many other Tim's to choose from, no point in stopping at this one again. Read more
