Food sucks, management sucks. Watched management yell at staff in an inappropriate working manner as if they had something personal against them. Honestly just choose a different tims to go to lol

I don't usually get off the bus on Portage place but decided to grab a coffee. Thank you, Aminah. I thought about using my points for a cup of hot chocolate, so I aske her if cusize doesn't matter for 600 points of which I was short 80 ... points, so I opted for a large coffee. The slowest Tim's ever if they where faster they would of made alot of money. I waited for 20 minutes in line just 4 people in front

All the staff working at this place is fantastic. They are always so busy, but never forget to smile and greet nicely. The food and coffee is always on point.

This Timmies was very slow. 2 staff working and one was serving door dash only it seemed. The one staff member reused the same piece of wax paper to grab everyone's donuts/muffins etc.
