Delicious desserts like timbits and donuts they have here. Good service and atmosphere here. I sometimes come here. Shouldn't leave bad reviews. ☹️

I go here almost daily, the lineup can be long when it's busy - would be a great idea to have dedicated cashier's when this is the case to move people along quicker. The staff however are absolutely friendly and they are pretty good at remembering the name and the ... normal order for regular customers. Adds a nice personal touch to the visit. UPDATE: I tried delivery through the Tim's app again today (2 months following my previous review). To their credit they got the order right! It arrived hot & tasted fresh. Big improvement! Thank you. I order delivery through the Tim's app - my order was incorrect again. Must be new management ... because it used to be great. For the last several months this location had something wrong with my order almost every time, including this morning. I've let their app customer service know each time but obviously nothing's been dealt with by Tim's head office. Too bad since bad management ruins a brand's reputation. Read more

I ordered potatoes veggies , begal and coffee. The stuff is so dirty and cold . Staff is very rude and didn't give response in polite manner. Very dirty tables, staff is okay. Atleast the food is good. Edit: the restaurant was practically empty and there was a lot of staff talking to each other
