Tim Hortons - Winnipeg, Manitoba

We went to 1490 Inkster Blvd Tim Hortons branch to get two (2) large coffees and a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. Service was super slow. They should consider revisiting their customer service guidelines and operational procedures. We spent like 20 minutes in line and 10 minutes waiting for ... our order. I guess they have to harvest their coffee, dry it, roast it, grind it, brew it then serve. For the bagel, I guess they have to harvest the wheat, grind it and bake it. For the cream cheese, they have to milk a cow, make cheese using the milk from the cow then spread it on the bagel. I guess that is why it took them 30 minutes to serve 2 cups of brewed coffee and a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. Read more

Worst Tim ,visited while travelling “simran Training guy working outside and experienced workers waiting backside ,so customers couldn’t order breakfast like its about to get 4 clock and can wait 15 minutes to give order / learn first urself to speak then give training to others

This Tim's was super busy when I was here. There was a line-up to the door and only one person on cash. It looked like the drive-through was getting all the attention as seems to be the trend now.

Maybe I should walk through the drive through to get something to eat in future. I stood at the counter for over fifteen minutes waiting to be served whilst countless vehicles were served at the window. I won’t make that mistake again. I’ll get my food at the drive through ... and then bring it inside to eat it. I even tried calling this location to get someone’s attention at the counter but no one would answer the telephone. Look i got such a good bagel from them. Do I need to say more. The worst tim horton I have been to. Date 26 march time around 2:30. Got chai tea and they didn’t mix it properly. Need to work hard guys...
