Starbucks - Winnipeg, Manitoba

I went there to have a good experience with my family , but, it was actually very disappointing. When we got there the barista seemed stressed and only worried about closing the store either than bring us a nice service as it is supposed to be at any Starbucks . ... He told us that they did not have sandwiches or food because it was 30 minutes before closing (which for me is enough time to heat up a couple sandwiches) . He never say hello , he tried to get confused with my order, pretending don’t understanding what I was saying and also his body language was awful . It was a really bad and poor experience there . Maybe he needs a remainder of how to treat people and how he can offer a nice and good service . Read more

The food was okay, the service was very slow, I recently visited one when there was a buy one get one free promo, from the time I placed my order to the time I got my order, it took them an hour and 13 minutes when there was 5 ... people working. The atmosphere would have been relaxing except it was packed that day, normally it is good for a friend meet-up. I usually choose to order ahead on the App or go through the Take Out window. Finding the take-out entrance can be a little tricky. One of my fave locations. Great service, friendly. I recommend the spinach wrap. So good.

I appreciate the convenience of the Starbucks app, especially when travelling. When I’m out for my morning walks, and I find one, I enjoying sitting down and then reflecting on the past day, while planning for the day ahead. This store opens early, and so I have space and time. Service is pretty ... standard across the stores, and this place falls within that expected spectrum. If there is one piece of feedback, I’d say the music is a bit too loud. Read more

They made a small mistake today, but it's the first time that has happened in many visits. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly friendly! Using the app makes a huge difference - I've gotten so many free things since I started collecting stars. The egg bites are truly ... fantastic - definitely my favorite breakfast item. They make the Tim's version taste like garbage. Read more
