15 plus people standing in line or waiting and the manager has one person doing the making of all drinks while she is having personal conversation with another manager from different store. The service is so slow that you have barely anytime to get your beverage if you are on a ... steak. It should not take 15 to 20 plus minutes to get a drink . Its messy in here . I come here almost every morning for a coffee. The products are always good, but the service is not very consistent. I feel like I’m not been welcome in store sometimes. There is a girl that works there almost every morning, she never put a friendly smile on when I ... come for orders. My friend got the same attitude from that girl. Just by walking by you can already smell the fresh coffee aroma but then when you walk in it smells even better then I order vanilla Frappuccino. Pretty fast and friendly service. My breakfast sandwich wasn't scalding hot, like what I get at most other locations. However, it was quite messy both from crumbs etc on the table and built up dust that has happened over time.

Super friendly and gracious employees, let us settle down and do homework in there. It was very empty and it was super fun watching the staff chat and clean up. They gave it a very cozy and personal atmosphere. It was a cute experience.
