Original Review 09/2022: I tried the Thirsty Duck for the first time after having seen a few recommendations on the East K & Elmwood Community Facebook group and will most certainly be going back again. I ordered directly from their website and picked it up myself. #75 Singapore Fried Rice Noodle - Good ... size portion w/ lots of pork, shrimp, veggies, and a very nice curry flavour #94 Lemon Battered Chicken - Again, great portion size with large pieces of chicken and a very tasty and tangy lemon sauce that comes on the side. The chicken to batter ratio was excellent, unlike some other places with little chicken and too much batter. The batter was nice and crispy. #150 Deluxe Diced Veggies with Almonds - Large portion with lots of chicken and almonds. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, still firm, and the gravy was rich and full of flavour. #56 Chicken Fried Rice (Free with over over $35) - The rice appeared quite dark so I was a little concerned that it would be salty from too much soy but it was not. There was plenty of chicken and was very good. An overall excellent value for the portion sizes and quality of the food. 03/27/2023 - Ordered from Thirsty Duck again yesterday, same order except I received the free Honey Garlic Chicken instead of the rice. Picked up #75 Singapore Fried Rice Noodle #131 Honey Garlic Beef # 97 Chicken with diced veggies and almond. Received a free order of Honey Garlic Chicken Balls. Awesome food! Definitely ordering from here again!!

We got the combo set with chow mein. I didn't realize it was just hot coleslaw. Food was a good price and generous helpings but I was so stuck on the chow mein that didn't have a lot of flavor and just appeared lazy. But the meat was so ... good, juicy crunchy shrimp. Average. Found the price slightly high. Ordered a large order for 5 people. Quality and taste was average, standard fare. Nothing was bad but nothing was memorable either. We picked up and the staff seemed friendly. I'd look elsewhere before ordering again.
