Ordered dinner for delivery which I have done a dozen times before. Was told it was an hour Phoned after 1 1/2 hours and was told it was just coming off the stove Over an hour later it shows up. Interac machine would not work. Over and over Called there as was getting pissed. She insulted me ... and said, give her $5 off, Nope, I said no that is not acceptable, I am refusing the food. $40 I offered $30 They refused so i refused the food. Had I been in the restaurant I would not have sat for over 2 and a half hours. I am disheartened by their treatment and regret ever suggesting them to many I know. Treat people with respect, Do NOT take your customers for granted or you will have none. The last time I ordered I had to throw out the soup and the food was not up to par. A great place to have dinner or lunch. The ambient of this place is really interesting and gives out vintage vibes. The food is very delicious and very much flavorful. They go really balanced on their spices unless you want your spices to be controlled according to you. There was a ... woman who served us and she is really helpful with ordering and choosing your food. We were also served consomé soup before our dinner was served. I really enjoyed my food here.
