First time here. Ordered take out, 2 dishes, Lemon chicken and pan fried shrimp. Both were very small portions size for the $33 I paid for them, the rice which came with them was in a container the size of a tea cup. Chicken in the lemon chicken was very ... tough and the shrimp in the pan fried shrimp order were cheap small shriveled hard pieces not even the plump ones that would normally be in a pan fried shrimp order. Overall very disappointed in the quality, pricing and small portion size. My one and only time ordering from here. There are better choices available elsewhere. Read more

Pretty solid! Service was quick and friendly, and the food was tasty too. Only downside? Portions are a bit on the smaller side compared to other Chinese spots, but still worth a try if you're in the mood for some good eats.

Service was ok. Staffs were nice. However their portion was very little compare to your typical chinese restaurants which has suprised me. For the price itself, you can just go to a different place. Ex: East ocean or kens in Downtown, same price. It was my first time seeing a ... fried rice that is only good for one person. We paid over $100 and we basically had to divide everything equally so we can all eat properly. It felt like a snack. Everything was salty. Their chow mein was mostly vegetables, butter calamari was all onions LOL. And the breaded ribs is like something you can buy from a box at Superstore. Basically like a kids meal. Read more

We cannot eat rice and noodles and neither corn starch due to our dietary restrictions. They strictly said they cannot serve tofu without frying it... (Understand that it goes mushy when you stir fry; but, we just asked to get the cut tofu on the side and they denied) We were mentally ready ... to order only stir fry, but it was a huge disappointment...there was 60% celery to it! Like half of the dish was celery! The chicken stir fry was just tasting like boiled chicken! They do not marinate the chicken either. Just cut the pieces and stir fry. Grew up in Winnipeg being a Hungs Garden regular well before they moved to Regent Ave. Have since moved out of province and was back visiting so of course had to reacquaint myself with my favourite Chinese restaurant. Ordered my usual Harvest in the Snow, Koo Loo chicken and Ginger ... Beef. Wow just as good as I remember from 5 years ago. Very flavourful, fresh and scrumptious…did not want it to end! Read more
