i ordered the ginger beef and it was delicious and the staff was very friendly. definitely my go to chinese spot now.

Great customer service and food was ready on time. We’ve had hi ball a few times in the past and the food was most definitely not fresh and very bland. This was for our New Year’s party and wasn’t very enjoyable.

Wow, what happened here? This place used to be amazing and was definitely my go to local spot for western Chinese food. My most recent take out order was far and away from the usual expectation of taste and quality. Everything was bland and tasteless across all menu items including ... ginger beef, lemon chicken, stir fried veggies, and even egg rolls. I haven't been by very often since Covid faded, but when I have it's been it's been quite good IMHO. Please bear in mind I'm more gourmand than gourmet. If you like the simple version of a lot of Chinese dishes you'll probably do pretty well here. Incredible food and big portions and very reasonable pricing! I ordered: * Deluxe Special Fried Rice - lots of meat and very flavourful! * Beef Chow in Black Bean and Garlic Sauce - beef was cooked to perfection and the noodles was very smokey and the sauce was amazing! * Beef in Satay Sauce - ... beef was so tender and the satay sauce was one of the best I’ve had. * Hot Honey Shrimp - I’ve had the Hot Honey Chicken before so I thought I’d try the shrimp version and it was another favourite.
