It took 30 minutes to receive my order of a Medium Pepperoni and a Panzerotti. I was told it would only take 15 minutes after I had paid, and then wasted half an hour of my time sitting in a hot pizza place for much too long. The whole reason I ... didn’t order delivery is because I assumed it would be quicker but it actually somehow took longer. I can’t lie though the pizza was very good as I’m a sucker for the Jalapeño Cheddar dip. Weird and very very bad experience always, but today’s is worse ever, this store ruined our special day with serving pizza like serving to animals. Jagdeep, the cashier, had a great smile and friendly demeanor. He was super helpful and showed me the chicken boneless vs regular chicken to help make my food order easier! I don't regularly come to pizza pizza either, this fixed rate deal is a dinner saver!

Great service, spot on pizza. When I went to pick up my pizza, I have an insulated backpack. One of the disgusting pizza I have ever had in my life! Just look at the toppings barely you can see any meat. I should not have been there in the first place as I saw the reviews are bad but still thought to give it try as it was past ... 11 pm. Pizza sauce taste nothing more than chemical even stored canned pizza sauce taste better. I asked for halal beef as they charge extra for chicken for some weird reason. But there is barely any beef on the pizza. Not sure if why they lower their food quality so low! The girls are barely interested to open their mouth as zero interest in customer service as If they are doing charity to customer service. I am not sure why owner doesn’t take these things seriously after repeated these complaint! One advice for the customer please don’t spend a single penny on this store.
