horrible experience. i went to go get a dozen donuts and this is not what i ended up with.when i pulled up to the window the guy working gave me a duchie coffee and a chicken wrap and i said no i ordered a dozen donuts and he said no ... you got this i already charged you for it then, said if i needed the donuts he’s gonna have to charge me again and just really seemed like he didn’t know what he was talking about, ended up getting the wrap refunded but not the duchie and coffee. i’m a little confused how he heard that and not a dozen donuts but oh well. staff needs to be trained better because i never have a good experience coming here. so very disappointed i would give a name but of course he wasn’t wearing his name tag but he really should be on drive through. They had less than a dozen doughnuts at 7pm & when asked if they were making any more in the back the girl at the counter carelessly said not until after 11pm. When I asked what time they were open till, she said it was a 24 hour location. If ... they don’t want to keep some doughnuts on hand (at least small quantities) then why don’t they just shut down the store??? The staff was so busy talking EXTREMELY LOUD in Punjabi instead of being respectful to their customers. The tables were dirty & they were too busy yapping instead of being cognizant of the empty doughnut & Timbit selection. Coffee isn't a hard thing to do ... Add coffee, add cream, add sugar ... But when you do 2/3 of your job, it doesn't taste so good for the customer. Always frustrating when 7 employees are taking care of drive thru and 1 has to make coffee and take care of the line up inside. I rarely go there but it's the same everytime. If you can't balance inside service and drive-thru service maybe you should not have one ... of them. Read more

Honestly just disgusted in the service at this Tim Hortons. I called and spoke to the supervisor who kept justifying why my bagel was burnt…. “Well you put toasted x2” “The everything bagel burns easier than other bagels.” “Maybe it wasn’t a fresh bagel made within the past 2-3 hours.” I ... literally cut this woman off and asked her to stop justifying for why my bagel was burnt, take some accountability and do better. Tim’s service has gotten horrible in the past few years. Then at the end she says “I will talk to the staff who made your bagel.” Well I’d sure as heck hope so!!!! 🙃 Read more
