Ordered off of Uber and it was disgusting!!! They used cheddar cheese for the poutine on some cold fries and there was barely any gravy or fries. The chilli fries were soo dry I couldn’t even believe it. How is this place open? The double cheeseburger tasted like freezer burn ... and definitely from giant tiger or something low end. Went here on a Friday night during dinner hours and it was totally empty. That should’ve been my sign to go somewhere else to eat. Service was average. Their food quality has really gone down. Our burgers were warm, but you could tell the meat is prepped beforehand. The bacon ... was very chewy… Patties were a little dry and not much flavour. Not enough chili on the fries. Probably not enough liquid in the chili to coat the fries. Chili spices tasted good. Poutine was disappointing as the top layer only had gravy and cheese. Just got a fat boy, and it was disappointing at best. It's missing stuff, there's no cheese or chili or anything. My partner need to add her own toppings. The first half of my poutine was great until there was no more cheese or gravy. This meal was not worth even ... close to the 40 I was charged. This will be the last time we order here. We've been disappointed in the past but gave the benefit of the doubt. Maybe new people are working there, who knows. These pictures are of my "Fat Boy" and Poutine. Soggy and flavorless.
