They should put more beef, the bun is big and barely any beef, skinny, $16.00 for salty fries and hardly any beef..nope, Nu Burger is the best, that's how much I pay and the Hamburger is bigger..not going to waste my money there, being cheap with the meat..

get disappointed by this place today young skinny dark-haired girl, picking her nose while making my ice cream. I asked for crushed peanuts on my dip, vanilla cone, and it was like peanut dust. Medium was the size of a small. Stop for a strawberry banana milkshake when they open ... this year and the woman had her hand in the machine scooping ice cream hold into a cup. I cancelled my order! I really don’t recommend this place lots of other places close. The Dairy Queen blizzards are better with more stuff. Then the snack shack twister. Last year the bad boy burger was decent. Taco salad and taco fries were the best. So far this year disappointed ice cream Sunday looked like a disaster asked me if I wanted whip cream I said no so possibly ran out or messed it up tried to remove was an absolute mess. I ordered the taco salad. This shouldn't be on the menu as far as I'm concerned. It has a sweet sauce of some kind. I have never had a taco salad with sweet sauce on it, this is not traditional, and nor was it mentioned or displayed on their order ... board. it was disgusting, my wife tried it also and said its gross. Called spoke to someone they agreed to replace my 10$ taco salad with a tiny 6$ hamburger. I fully expected that snak shak would make an effort to make this right in which case i would not be writing a negative review. But no they did not, i was insulted with a tiny 6$ hamburger after paying 10$. I now have to go somewhere else to order food, im still hungry. Snak shak, do better. I have clearly been ripped off. A further update to this is after a week I received a message from the owner offered me another 6$ hamburger to make this situation right. too little too late. I will never be back to this place, and I will share my experience with friends and family. Disappointing when you give a business a second chance, and they don't make use of the opportunity. If there was a zero stars rating, the Snak Shak has earned it. Well done. We stood waiting for 10 minutes while the employees were at the back, where they talked and talked and chatted and talked some more. No one acknowledged us, not even to say "hello, I'll ... be with you shortly " or anything else for that matter. 3 more customers came in behind us and joined the line. We finally gave up and left. I ordered a hamburger, fries, drink and an ice cream a couple of weeks ago. The burger was small and slightly under cooked. Cheese was on the burger which I didn’t order.
