Service okay.... one staff member was friendly ... Ordered a couple fountain drinks... they were either very watered down, or the tubes need cleaning - the aftertaste after each sip was like having inadvertently gulped some swimming pool water. We were quite impressed with the grilled chicken salads! Tasty with cheese and bacon, and the veggies and sauces we picked. Not so impressed that the burger patties have fillers, but hey, I'll be happy just getting those salads (with cheese and bacon).
I'm rating this Harvey's as a 3 star, and I'm generous. The food itself was good, you can't get it wrong with Harvey's. The only major issue I had was the cashier: she was rude and had a negative attitude towards me and other customers. I felt like I was ... bothering her and she wanted the clients to leave ASAP. The location of this Harvey's is kind of tricky. The restaurant is located in the arrival terminal of the Winnipeg airport and can be well seen only if you exit through the doors in the center of the terminal. I am disappointed with this Harvey's, but not the brand itself. Read more
The staff here has the worst customer service. They made us wait for more than 10 minutes because they were chatting at the back of the store. When taking orders, the lady at the front didn't even bother to smile, didn't give my receipt, or offered Scene points. Will never ... buy here again. Good thing there's a Tim Hortons nearby. We were waiting for a friend to arrive, got hungry since her flight was delayed. The cook was hanging out with her head down.. we asked if they were open... she asked if we knew what we wanted and we said we jus needed a moment with the menu. ... She looked down and muttered in another language fairly loudly which was clearly insults... we aren’t fully unaware as she had hoped... and was jus all around rude.
