I have ordered from here a few times over the years and the food has always been good. But on my last visit, very disappointing and I ended up throwing pretty much my entire order out. Food is always good, but today, couldn’t even order. Called like I normally do, the lady says right away can you hold? Ok no problem you’re busy, can hear them taking orders at the counter for more than 7 minutes before I hung up. Went somewhere else for lunch. Horrible service. The Clubhouse Sub was awesome. The Chili was too salty and had too few ingredients - a bit dull. Way too many fries, the fish tasted like it was frozen, but the take-out Greek Salad was amazing. The dine-in Greek Salad was too salty and seemed to have a different ... salad dressing. The Denver sandwich was a very large serving 😋 and quite tasty. Obviously, this was over a couple of weeks! Just ate a late lunch here before a flight. I’m from outside of Winnipeg and didn’t know much about places to eat here.. reviews on George’s were promising and they most certainly didn’t let me down. Food: I had a bacon burger with onion rings. The food looks even better in ... person than the pictures already posted on here. It was made to order and it was all fresh. The flavour was great as well. Price point was exactly what I would pay for this quality of food. Service: awesome. Super fast, very friendly and welcoming. Not much more to be said about it. Food was served within 10 minutes of me ordering. Atmosphere: precisely what I wanted out of a burger place. Nothing fancy, clean, staff seemed to enjoy working there and they took pride in their work. Unfortunately didn’t take any photos.. got too excited about my food and inhaled it in the span of 5 minutes. I would 100% recommend checking George’s out. Read more

My first time being back in 20 years. The food was just as good, if not better than I remembered. I ordered a Fatboy to go (separated for travel) which was packed and separated perfectly in a way in which it survived a 20 hour trip and was still wonderfully ... edible. I also got a double Fatboy, fries and a Greek special. After getting to my destination, I found my Greek special missing and I just didn't have the time to go back. I was a little broken hearted by this as I was really looking forward to it. Maybe I'll be back again in another 20 years and get my fries then?🤷‍♂️ Read more
