They microwave the chicken burgers, and possibly the french fries!!! Unevenly heated burger, scalding to the touch in certain spots, the outside cool.. soggy chicken and lettuce.. They replaced it when I complained, new one was at least edible.
I tried to order a quarter pound king but he couldn't understand me so he told me he would take my order at the window. After 20 min the 4 cars ahead of me got their orders. I asked again at the window and he couldn't understand ... me he said "we don't have water fountains here". I am impressed by the service that has been provided by Rupinder Singh. He was working on Window and receiving drive-thu orders. This person was excellent in communication and customer service. He knows how to deal with the customer and he helped us alot. As we are new to Burger ... king and this person helped us alot in selecting the order and suggested which will be the best thing for vegetarians. Read more

I was in the drive thru yesterday , the lady taking my order was Suuuuuuuuper rude, her name was TINA . Very impatient, asked me to repeat so many times (rudely) when went to the window to pay, so much attitude, no smile nothing, her face expressions ruined my ... evening. (FYI - there was no line up) Is it my fault if you cannot hear what I was saying??? Later their machine didn’t take the card which I use everywhere, EVERY SINGLE DAY.
