The food we ordered over skip the dishes was sad. Not only did they not fulfill the paid order by NOT SENDING TWO WWRAPS OUT OF THE FOUR - the two wraps we did get had soggy old lettuce. Secondly the lemonade was basically water with a hint of lemon ... rinds if that. The chicken strips were more like chicken flats & lastly the poutine was all curds and little bit of gravy. Wouldn't recommend asked for burger to be plain came loaded. Went to eat my burger and it's looks like they just took off the lettuce and tomato because I can taste it, that just seems crazy what if someone was allergic. And the fries came so salty you couldn't even ... eat them went to talk to the front person and he was fighting with me saying he can't refund even by the end he did. Got our orders wrong. Sauce on no Sauce, forgot extra bacon and cheese on punching on, cold fries and no season on onion rings, and both burgers wrong, only one punch right and it wasn't read by the cook. I popped in during Grey Cup half time. Ordered to go A&W onion rings, small gravy, 3 chicken strips with dipping sauce. Oh those onion rings, they were great. Hot, plentiful and crunchy and I love them with that gravy. I would not order the chicken strips again. I'm going to be here way more often now that they have the Beyond Meat Burger!! They don't seem to serve real dishes at this location through which is disappointing. The company is doing more to reduce their environmental impact than a lot of other businesses though. The interior is actually quite ... nice, clean and well maintained which is impressive given their proximity to so many bars. Personally I'm not crazy about their fries but the classic teen burger is quite an icon. They've also moved towards better food standards than most of their competitors for how they produce their meat. For fast food the place is pretty nice. Read more
