Feels sparse but there are a lot of different stores, no food court. But it’s spacious and has a variety of stores to choose from. The bookstore is amazing.

We visited the fair in the parking lot May 6th. All the classic stuff you can expect was there. The rides were focused mainly on kids, which was good. Seemed well run overall. Not too long of lines. Everyone had fun. We stayed until close at 11pm.
