Had an awful experience with the customer service. They took an eternity to get my orders ready while answering other people who came after me. Apparently, they made the order and just left it somewhere. Then after they finally had my time and gave me the order, they didn't even apologize ... for their incompetence. Well deserved 1 star. I been here a handful of time and each time they get something wrong. Today we ordered for pick up and it went through. We waited for over 20 mins at the designated parking spot and nothing. We had to go to drive through to tell them. They argued that it ... was a drive through only. But our ORDER ( PAYMENT) WENT THROUGH. (And the app to prove it). No compensation or anything since they also took their sweet time getting our order. POOR SERVICE. BEWARE. Read more

The staff were great today! From the member cleaning the floors, to the very friendly, and accommodating front counter staff. I remember the old McDonald's back in the '80's, it was a bigger place, but the staff today at this one seemed to be much better! Anyhow, the food was ... hot, and the order was done correctly. The washroom, for the men's, needs to be updated better, the soap dispenser was loose, the door to the washroom needs to have touch-less operation of a sort, and the sink needs cleaning. Otherwise, the good ole McDonald's parking lot is huge! I will come back again! Read more

We go here for the kids, nothing really special that stands out to me. I find fast food lately are overly priced and gives less, like their 🍟 fries. Even if you order large, they barely try to fit as much as they could and the container is not properly ... open to allow more, it's flattened so it will fill less. It's not just this McDonald's location, we'd visited most in the city and it's the same. It's like they are trained to be frugal in giving fries to save a few dollars. Read more

Oct 8/22 there's a reason for date stickers on pies and other food. I can tell when they change the sticker because there's nothing more appealing than chewy elasticy apple pie filling...sarcasm 😉 2nd try for an ice coffee and it was beige milk 😞 We tried the shamrock shakes when they ... were out and they changed too... what's going on? Please sample your products that you offer and make it so that it tastes good please. A shakes isn't watery and an ice coffee has more coffee than cream. My main location Since I've been back on the road for work I stop for breakfast here Monday- Friday. Always good and hashbrowns perfectly crispy... What changed today??? Also, good thing I looked before taking a bite. Did they drop my egg in the shell garbage bin? Egg was fine, but covered in shell on the outside. How on earth??? Read more
