Service was fast and friendly. So fast, in fact, that we felt they had it plated before we arrived and only had to heat it up in the microwave. Which could be true because it tasted like an old fashioned 1979 TV dinner. Will not be going back.

Steak ordered rare came well done. Sent back, it came out med-rare, more med. Philly cheesesteak was dry, cold, and tough. Fries were not more than barely warm, gravy was cold enough it had congealed. Service was slow, though it wasn’t busy. Friendly, apologetic, but slow. Bathroom was quite messy, half the ... soap dispensers didn’t work, taps had almost no pressure, if they worked. There was a grey hair wrapped around the cutlery, inside the napkin. I just stopped by to review the “all hail Caesar” wings.. these are quite possibly the best wing flavour I’ve ever come across. I keep coming back for more. Seriously .. I’m not sure what’s in them but wow… flavour town. They only seem to be available at this location, ... so I keep coming back to westwoods! Great job! Also service was fast. Read more

Westwood location- Dirty dishes all over the place. Multiple tables. Server was very new. Clearly needed someone helping her. It was her second day and she repeated our order back but then had to come back again to confirm. Been waiting 10 mins for a refill. Nobody is coming ... around. Can’t find our server. Just saw the hostess pour water from a left over glass in the take and wipe it down with a napkin. Disgusting. Some kind of office files on a table at the back. That should maybe be locked up!! Server was absolutely amazing last night on September 12/23 approximately 645pm. She went above and beyond for us but for me most importantly she didn't even bat an eye at some of the requests coming from my table. Thank you again for an amazing experience
