came here after being told the nachos here were bomb. but unfortunately they were wrong!! several menu items, including some beverages, were unavailable due to the lack of ingredients. with this, i just ordered nachos. i was so shocked when they were given to me. they were wayyyy too overcooked to ... the point the chips were dark brown and the whole plate was dry af. it was mid overall, and i don't think i'll return. i ended up taking them home in hopes i can save them in the microwave. On the positive really good happy hour prices for beer and wings and decent service. Food was average and for Mexican food I do not recommend.

The nachos have lost their quality sadly, this used to be the best nacho spot in the city and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody anymore. It’s been a good run Carlos. The sauce supplier needs to be renewed because the salsa is so off, taste like extra citric acid ... and it’s pasty and watery at the same time. The gauc is disappointing as well, unfortunately this place is now mediocre at best. Waitresses and staff is always pleasant tho, no knock on them. Welcome to Carlos and Murphy's. Menu is pretty standard and has some pretty cool options! I tried the tostada, which was superrrrr good! It was super filling and on a pretty big plate too! Good for the price. My brother didn't like the chicken wrap. He said it needed more ... sauce. Overall a great experience with family, nice staff and good food! Our wait staff was amazingly friendly. They quesadilla was slightly over grilled but the made sure that if i was not satisfied they would be happy to remake in just a few minutes. It was delicious and i was not worried about a little crunch. And the mudd pie... Yyuuuummmmm ... 🤤highly recommend a visit! Read more
