Baires Gelato & Coffee Bar - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Small space with not much seating. No ambience. Counter service rather than table service. Limited menu but what was available was cooked to order and tasty. Selection of gelato and ice creams was very good. Good place to drop in for a quick bite.

Amazing deserts, great soups, lovely ice cream selection. Always a nice and quiet place to have lunch with friends or by yourself. This is an amazing study-spot!

Nice to have a gelato place. That being said, the Eva's gelato they served here seemed to taste a bit off. I've had it before. It was acceptable, but I didn't love it the way I normally love it. The space is very nice. Service was very friendly. My friend was ... happy to get his Strawberry milk tea served hot. Many places will just refuse to try, but they made it here. Some of the sweets I saw reminded me of goodies (the bake shop on else), but I didn't try it. I'd come back and try stuff in the future. Read more

My partner and I popped in on a warm Winnipeg evening and we're glad we did. The banana split gelato was heavenly and the pistachio flavour was like silk with a subtle smoky flavour.
