Just went there today for lunch after not going for a few months. New staff was 3 males and they were amazing! Guy washed his hands before preparing my dish, they had one guy working the register and the one preparing my food. I didn't realize but there was a ... third guy who came and helped when more customers arrived. Seriously, this is like night and day when it comes to this location. Order was wrong, food was very dry and the noodles were all stuck together. Food was very bland as well. Must have been an off day with the cook cause I've had good food here before but not today.
There is not a lot of selection for bubble tea if you don't live in the south or Osborne. Found this Thai place in Transcona that makes delicious Taro Bubble tea. I asked for extra bubbles and to make it extra thick. Wonderful!!
