Great restaurant, moderate price. Sometimes too many customers during lunch time but definitely not "no service". The front desk guy is super friendly.

This place is open 24 hours a day sometimes The vibe can be really strange. I have only ordered take out from this place and have no idea about the over all servers but there is one who probably has not slept since it opened. THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER had. LONG REVIEW BASED ON ALL THE TERRIBLE EVENTS IN ONE VISIT. The lady who is the owner is crazy rude and unprofessional. THERE IS NO SERVICE HERE. It is a cafeteria style restaurant hence the cheap prices. You get your own ... cutlery, tea, food, but it is unacceptable when you have to clean up your own table. I am a young girl and my Chinese grandparents who love dim sum brought me here. WE enter the restaurant when it first opened, so barely anybody was in there. No greeting. We walk to a table and take a seat, when I noticed the paper table cloth was dirty with spilled sauces from the night before. I start to take the top OLD layer off (There is multiple layers underneath) when the owner yells at me to leave it alone and sit at a new table. She was just going to wipe away the cloth and reuse it. I was quite shocked as this is cheap paper disposable table cloths with spilled sauces and disgusting spit all over. We went to get food, and the same lady marked off one EXTRA dish. We had gotten 7 dishes she marked off 8. When we confronted her she told us to "go away and that she was busy" in a rude cold tone. I did not want to get her any more hyped up, so we finished eating the food and I returned to the front for more food. This time was the CRAZIEST PART. I grab 5 more dishes onto my plate, and give my checklist to the other waitress there. The owner comes to me SCREAMS " YOU DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD WITHOUT HAVING IT CHECKED OFF FIRST" and ELBOWS ME in the side. Did I mention I am a petite 14 year old girl? Then the other waitress comes to my side and gives me the checklist she had just checked off. The owner realized I actually HAD brought my checklist and the other waitress was checking it off and I was NOT stealing. She just walked away and carried on, no apology, nothing. I will NEVER be returning, and I do not recommend this business to anyone. The owner physically elbowed me because I did not have m checklist in hand for her. THE OTHER WAITRESS WAS CHECKING IT OFF a couple steps away from us. I have also heard crazy terrible reviews about this place from my friends after. THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD, unclean tables and cutlery, cheap prices however you will be scammed (they will overcharge you), NO SERVICE, decent food (one of my shrimp dumplings was sour) HORRIBLE.
