Granted it’s only been it’s first day. The opening was anything but grand. First off, we’ve waited for more than an hour for our food and it seems like the more you know the owner, the quicker and more prioritized your order will be. We’ve watched 2 groups of people ... come in 30 mins. after us and yet, they were served before because they somehow knew the owner better than us. Secondly, the food that was from the namesake Jeepney, a symbol of the hospitality and the resolve of the Filipino people, surely lacks in the food. Bland, dry and stiff are 3 adjectives that came to mind during my lunch. As a former customer, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt mainly because they have a good track record back in their old location. But, with a newcomer, come with extreme caution and low expectations as it can only go down from there. Read more

Been here for several times, significant difference after the change of management was implemented but service needs to be quicker. Food was delicious and almost makes up for it! 3 stars because the whole time we were having our lunch, we kept hearing loud conversations from the kitchen.

Food is good but the service is really slow. Took more than a hour for our order. Definitely need more staff in this restaurant. All you hear from the server is “sorry, my apologies” all the time to every customers waiting.

First time I ate here the service was slow. The food on the other hand is delicious! All my visits after the first time, were made fresh and in a timely fashion. I order from this place anytime I'm in Winnipeg. The BBQ pork and chicken are a must try. ... Clean amenities and nice staff. food was good on the first try it was a month ago but the service was slow. Then last Sunday i decided ordered 2 sets of meal and some appetizers instead of dining in around 5pm through skip the dishes for our visitors who are excited to try a Filipino ... dishes. took me 1 hr to wait for the confirmation of our order did try to call them to check did it thrice no answer. skip the dishes called me to notify me after hour and a half that jeepney cancelled my order. waste of time.
