The maple bacon poutine was awesome. The gravy, the curds and those hand rolled tots all mixed well together. The food was fresh and the staff very courteous. Will most likely get some again if I run across them in the future.

I really enjoy the hand rolled tots. Always a hit. I like the variety of different poutine options but I will say that even tho I was so so excited for the Malibu, the flavours were underwhelming and did not hit the way I thought it would. The individual flavours ... were drowned out by the spicy mayo. I found that the simpler, classic ones like maple bacon and the Lada (bacon, onions, sour cream & dill) were actually the best options. Just had the maple bacon poutine tots and was extremely disappointed in gimli for Icelandic long weekend. I should have tried a tot before leaving the truck, but since I had it last year I thought it was going to be really good, but sadly it was terrible. They were ... hard to eat and struggled with a fork to even pick it up. I forced myself to eat some because I was hungry and didnt want to waste my money. I got a spicy mayo dip and a drink all for $17. You can see in my video they are all hard to pick up, and eventually threw it out. Friendly staff though. Read more

Great food truck! Worth heading out to try it. Be sure to look them up on Instagram at @totwheelswpg to see where they’re going to be. We tried “The Firebird” with a tot poutine, and both were excellent!

I am expecting that this rating will go up when I catch the truck in the wild. I sampled at an event so the menu was limited. I am intrigued by the tots, though mine were just plain. I had a chicken burger, and it was quite good. Nicely topped, ... juicy and crunchy chicken breast. Looking forward to further exploration of their offerings! Read more
