Went there around 2pm for a patio seating. Food was great. Unfortunately the service was not great. We kindly asked for water during our order. Did not get the water even after our entrees came out. Asked another server for water. We ended up getting our water after the server ... checked in on us for the first time, after we were done our entrees. The server was very unprofessional when we paid through the QR code, verbally upset to his coworker that we did not tip well. Read more
You will be glad you stopped here. I visited the roof top patio with wonderful views and plenty of space without being over crowded. The food is the typical dar fair with their own twist. It was wonderful, and the service was great.
Normally I like this place. Normally the food is amazing, and the service is good. Today not so much..I have never felt so rushed in my entire life. Yes I ordered the drink with food but come on let me enjoy the drink before bringing out the half soggy quesadilla, ... thst I actually had to use my spoon cuz heaven forbid you bring cutlery, never mind the fries? Yup cold and pretty much tasteless. The waitress pretty much felt like she was rushing us. Stop by ask how we are but rush off before the answer. So next jets game we ll go somewhere else. Been here a couple of times, but it took just one bad experience to give them 1 star. I was with friends and my partner on the rooftop patio on a Friday night. The place was not too busy. The server was quite aggressive with getting us to order food and ... drinks whenever she checked up on us, even though everyone had a drink or two in hand already. The security personnel was also hovering around our table even though we were just drinking and talking. I felt like we were being watched. An hour before closing we were finishing up our drinks and didn’t want to get more, but the server insisted on getting our bills already. It felt like we were getting kicked out even though it was still early (we were not the only ones nor the last ones there). I dont think I’ll come back to this location. Read more
