Went for lunch around 1pm on Jul 24 /20. Mediocre service and the tables were not clean there were only 4 people in the restaurant so it wasn't busy at all the both we sat at had greasy finger prints on the upper trim panels. Good value for the money. Baked potato was nicely prepared, not microwaved or stale. Hot, fresh. Chicken were decent, basic style chicken wing. Slice of apple pie was exceptional, lots of filing and lite pastry. Bread role was soft with a crunchy crust. Overall well worth $20.

I ordered online for the 65th anniversary, but I think the staff was a bit overwhelmed. There were quite a few more people there waiting to pickup orders with me. They even ran out of chicken for the walk-ins. The staff were polite and the food was as good as ... always, but I had to wait for just shy of an hour despite my showing up when my confirmation email said I should. So, as I’ve said in a previous review on Swiss Chalet, I really love their food, though, I am biased from having lived most of my life in Ontario and having been raised on the stuff. The Corydon Avenue location is a hybrid Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet which is a bit if ... an odd combination. The staff at this location are not as on the ball as the Swiss Chalet location on Kenaston so if you are looking to order chicken and have a sit-down meal, the Kenaston location is better. They do have a small free parking lot which is surprising but good for the Corydon area. Read more

We had the Thanksgiving meal. It was excellent. Was busy when we went so it took a bit longer to get food but it was tasty and fresh. They mixed up the order but fixed it promptly and gave us some free white meat upgrade. We enjoyed it. Thanks ... guys! Read more
