We ordered one jerk and one traditional, five minutes later they said no more chicken in stock. We asked to refund the order of chicken, and then they said we can make the chicken but it will take 5 minutes. Ten minutes later When we got the order, they gave ... us the wrong order. Instead of jerk chicken, they gave us a traditional poutine with pork on top. The pork was also incredibly salty. Really disappointed with the service and I'm very sad that they did this to us. Called ahead for a preorder because I have a small window to eat on my lunch break. Food wasn't ready and had to wait. Food was cold when I got it. Went back to ask for a refund, was denied. Food was remade and it is still cold. Wouldn't recommend. ... Only reason its not a 1 star is because the staff were friendly. One of the worst places I’ve been too. Cheese curds taste like they ripped a piece of a tire off and added it in. Too salty that even as someone who loves salt threw it out. Very disappointing meal. Popcorn chicken was small and gross. Definitely not worth the 31$ ... for one person. Read more

The service and atmosphere are exactly what you expect to find in a downtown eatery that serves poutine. The decor is actually witty and entertaining! The staff and service were excellent, 5 stars!
