Glad I was able to go again before they close next week. Winnipeg will miss this place! It was a community, not just a restaurant. Many memories made here.

So sad to hear that they are closing down at the end of May. They are one of my favorite restaurants for brunch!! Their Hollandaise sauce for egg benedict is divine. This is not just a restaurant, it's a cozy place to meet, eat and make great memories. Today we had a birthday breakfast and the staff greeted us saying Happy Birthday and had our table all setup for a mini party. Food was beyond excellent. Service was beyond fabulous. ... Food was delicious! Good sized menu for breakfast and lunch. Not overwhelming. Gets fairly busy, so expect a wait, but the place is quite big. Be aware if you have a gluten intolerance. A party member called ahead of time and spoke with a manager, who assured could accommodate most of the ... menu and just advised to speak with the server. Our server was very unknowledgeable, contradicted herself and made us/ myfriend feel awkward for asking very basic questions. The “gluten free” symbol on the menu is NOT gluten free as they said pretty much everything on the grill will be contaminated. Fair, but change your symbol to “friendly” and maybe have a meeting with the staff to ensure everyone is on the same page! Not impressed with the way our waitress handled things. Read more

We finally came and checked it out after hearing so many great things. Did not disappoint! Food was outstanding (great job kitchen!), our server Pam was excellent and the prices were really good 10/10! Was out first time but definitely not the last.
