Hikari Japanese Restaurant - Windsor, Ontario

Ordered Salmon Teriyaki and no regrets, excellent cook and taste, miso soup very tasty. I recommend to try their Yuzu/Ginger tea as well. Good location, there’s no free parking but plenty of metered parking (street) and paid parking beside the restaurant.

This Japanese-Korean restaurant exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The location was spotless, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here. Highly recommended!

That is the best sushi place in whole Windsor. I thought I didn’t like sushi but after I tried Hikari and I loved it! Very fresh, tasty and nice atmosphere inside! Highly recommend.

The food quality and atmosphere were impressive, and the staff was friendly. But I found the portions for the chicken and volcano shrimp unacceptably small, which was a drawback to an otherwise pleasant dining experience.
