Koolini Restaurant - Windsor, Ontario

Just this past week we had a staff party catered by Koolini's. This is the second time we have had their catering (the first time was at our 2023 Christmas party), and both times the food was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! Not ONE complaint about anything, there was such an amazing variety ... with the assorted wraps and sandwiches, and the appetizers were perfect! Leo is FANTASTIC - super accommodating, incredibly helpful with picking out the food and making sure that you have everything that you need, and everything is very reasonably priced. I have always had great meals from Koolini and have always recommended your food to others. However, after tonight’s experience I would have to rethink ordering or recommending again. We ordered a Lasagna for five adults and a salad. Unfortunately the Lasagna had a horrible taste and when we called ... to complain they tried to pass it off as them putting to much cheese on it. They did offer to exchange it for a different pasta meal. After waiting for quite awhile, the meal they sent was a meal for one person! Again we called and they offered us a large pizza ( really for five adults?) . By the time we received the pizza we ate two hours past the time we were suppose to sit down with our guests and eat! The only compliment I can give is to your driver who showed empathy and concern for the mix up! Read more

We order from here at least once a month for our large family of 7. We get two family sized pastas with different sauces and noodles, usually with chicken - always a big hit! We LOVE LOVE LOVE their koolinis house salad, the roasted red peppers on top are ... AMAZING! Desserts are delicious too! Read more

Amazing catering experience! Koolini’s catered for our backyard wedding of 50 people, the apps and dinner were amazing!They also catered breakfast for us the next morning! They were incredible to work with, the food was high quality and large portions, all our guests were thrilled with every option they brought. ...
