This is honestly the worst taco bell location for good food and getting your bored right. Multiple times I've asked for a BEEF crunch wrap and got been? Asked for beans, they gave me beef. Manager on site gave me a hard time and blamed me for their mistake. Gave me replacement tacos, after checking the tacos, there was like 20% of the regular portion of beans in my taco. The beans in my other items were also ... super dry, were really hard to eat. How do you mess up a Crunchwrap??? I’m sorry, I don’t like to write bad reviews but I will probably not be going to this location again. Between the rude customer service, horrible quality of food and extremely cheap ownership (apparently they only give 2 sauce packets per item. I used to love this location as its right by my house. But the last few times we’ve been going there the food has declined. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 crunch wrap supreme combos and we asked for hot sauce and mild sauce. Once we got ... home we had absolutely no sauce in our bags and no straws for our drinks. When we started eating the crunch wrap supreme there was about maybe 30% of the meat that is usually in there. Our fries supreme also barely had anything on it. It's like a pizza and a taco had a baby, and boy was it a beautiful baby. And let's not forget about the staff at this Taco Bell location. I was shocked at how pleasant and accommodating they were, even with all my customizations. They must have a secret stash of patience back there, because they made sure my order was just the way I wanted it. All in all, I have to say that this Taco Bell Canada's Windsor location is the bee's knees. The food was fantastic, the staff was amazing, and I left feeling like I had just won the lottery.
