I mean it's pretty much what you would expect from a fast food resto. I gave 3 stars for service cuz I had to park and wait. It was a busy time of day. Honestly there shouldn't be much wait time for fast food that being ... said I don't believe it's the employees fault either. There's a lot more complex menu options to prepare nowadays and I'm sure it makes banging out orders slower. Tried the throwback jalapeno cheddar nugget sauce. Very bad dining experience, I ordered the Big Mac combo at curbside and was shocked at the size of the beef patties and the fries were hard and cold, worst McDonald's dining experience ever!!!!

Do not like the new renovations at all. They’ve reduced the amount of available seats in half. Makes no logic. Many seats converted into bar stools which are not handicapped or senior friendly. Useless. The space given to the play place is massive, but generates no money. Clearly they don’t ... want people dining in. Eliminated the soda station, no more refills. Tonight at approx. 11:30pm I visited the McDonald's location and had a disappointing experience with my order. The fries were soggy and undercooked, making them inedible. The hamburger I received was a mess—it was poorly assembled with too much sauce, causing everything to slide off. To make matters worse, ... the burger wasn't warm upon arrival nor were the fries. This is not acceptable and should not be taken lightly. Despite the poor quality of the food, I had a mixed interaction with the staff. The gentleman who handed me my drink was very kind and courteous, which I appreciated. However, the elderly lady who handed me my meal was quite the opposite. She practically threw my meal at me and was unpleasant throughout the interaction. A smile goes a lot further than a snarl in this industry. Considering I paid $16 for my meal, I expected much better quality and service. It's unacceptable to receive soggy fries and a poorly made sandwich, especially when there were no other cars in front of me at the drive-thru. The employees need to take their jobs more seriously as they are handling other people's food. I strongly suggest the owners of this establishment look into their nighttime staff more closely, as it seems they do not care about the quality of service they provide to their customers. Must be that time of the month, after having to repeat my order 3x egg McMuffin combo no meat, the cashier asks if I’d like to add a hashbrown and make it a combo ??? I get to the pickup window and the cashier hands me a medium coffee. I ... asked her if this was an up charge she says yes: I say i didn’t ask for a medium and she asks me if I want a refund for the difference I said yes. The shift manager, a young African Canadian person. (Im not sure if I should say woman in case they identify as a turtle). then comes to the window and says she issued a refund which only worked out to a difference of $0.25. I say I didn’t ask for the medium and why would they assume I’d want a medium without asking me? She says most people ask for the medium So we automatically give them that so if I want a small, I’d have to ask for that…I ask, doesn’t the combo come with a small…she says yes”.
