Love their classic roast beef sandwiches with the exception of the buns. I find the buns get soggy if you don't open the packaging right away. I wish they gave you the choice of buns between the sesame or the onion bun. They have great curly fries. I ordered off of UE and am writing this review before I even dig in fully. I did eat some mac, which was not bad. Noodles could be softer but the whole reason I am pausing my meal is to write about the amazing service. I called the location after ... placing my order to ask for a side of red ranch which was not an option on the app, the gentleman on the other end was very happy to oblige! Not only did I get the sides of ranch but was pleasantly surprised by the care of not only the packaging and the actual presentation of the food but I also received thee nicest thank you note ever I just had to share! Ordered a meal had it delivered by Uber and everything that I ordered had really really small portions half a large fry, half the roast beef and half a cheddar sauce. The only this they got right was the pop. I’m going to call corporate office

We were the only ones there. There are lots of cars on drive-through. Loved the food. There are no Arby's in Toronto so this is my first time having it.

I go here all the time cause arby’s is my comfort food LOL but today i got two sliders and when I went to eat my second one i noticed it had mold on it.
