Tim Hortons - Windsor, Ontario

Most of the staffs are good and fine, but some don’t know the culture well enough or maybe just don’t understand English well. I ordered two things, she gave me one bag from the window and said nothing else. I thought the bag carries all, and just said thank you have a ... good day, and again the staff said no word and even no expression on her face, that was strange already. Then I checked my bag afterwards and she didn’t have me all my orders so I ran into the store trying to talk with that lady, while it turned out her colleague told me that lady said it was ME FORGOT to take my order. That’s hilarious come on just admit it like an educated person but not lying. WTH? Your cheap untrained employee is trying to blame her own fault on customers? Bingo.. I’m an immigrant and I do try my best to do my job and make people feel like be respected, apparently the Timmigrants Horton doesn’t. Take care. Read more

This place always screws our order up, fine...but what I can't handle is usually the men whoever is handling the tea or coffee the lid reaks and stinks of cologne or perfume its absolutely disgusting I don't want to smell anything but my tea or coffee when I drink it

The staff here, in my opinion, is the best staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They are just great, time wise - they are quick with your order, quality is outstanding, they always listen and always come through for me. I count on this Tim Hortons ... for breakfast on a regular basis and they never let me down. Kudos to the owner Shannon for hiring such excellent staff. Keep up the great work. This is my team!!!! Not to mention that the staffs don't hear customers this days. They don’t give a damn about people’s preferences. Food finishes early and they don’t even refill. I don't know but they should change this policy if they have. Also, coffee taste is going down way.

I have to say the coffee is good, Sometimes! LoL 😆 Some of the front cashiers get your order right! Some of them don't understand! Or they don't follow instructions!! Other times it's perfect!! Some of the managers are rude! Staff needs more training! They never had things in stock Early morning 6am 8am Things seem to be out ... of order are not working Ice cap machine sometimes not working Other times it's good Donuts are okay Bagels are a little Joey and tuff! Not too pleased But weekend staff seem to be more friendlier. Read more
