no other Chinese restaurant that i have been to INCLUDING the mandarin arguably the single most successful Canadian Chinese food restaurant could make food as fresh as these people do. try their lemon chicken too the best i have ever had, crispy breaded REAL chicken with a VERY tasty sauce, ... obviously freshly made to order given the complete lack of any sogginess in either it or the chicken balls throughout my entire meal, despite my slower pace of eating. by the time i finished both i had my meal for 15 minutes and neither lost their crunchy texture with the perfect moisture from the chicken on the inside. the only minor problem was that the fried rice was slightly dry but mixing in the sauce from either fixed it right away, or even just soy sauce. They are a little out of our way had to pay an extra 5$ for delivery but it was so... worth it. I haven't had good Chinese Food like that in a very long time. Very good food, dinner for 2 is always excellent and hits the spot. The lady that usually takes our orders is so nice and we always have great conversation, even though I just order for pick up. Can't speak highly enough of this place, I order all the ... time. Used to order from Dragon's Inn but now only order from Yan's although dragon's is good, I feel the quality of food is better at Yan's and the staff is alot nicer. Best Chinese food in West Windsor, if not all of Windsor. Their food always tastes fresh, the sauces are generous and delicious, and my favorite part is the NO MSG!
