My mom was ordering food and my little sister was with her. The employee told me little sister to “shut up” so he could hear my mom. If only I was there to hear it.
I asked and informed them several times no ice. Told me it’s just 2-3 pieces. And would not fix it. I’m not sure why they know best what I want to drink.
30 minutes before closing time they’re not serving any food. They’re not even apologizing, they just cut you off with “We’re closed!” I ended ul at Chick•fil•A! Shame!
Gave them my money through the app and the lady told me that because their system is down they can’t see the order. They didn’t serve me my food and I paid $11 for my lunch that I’m currently trying to get back by calling kfc Canada and requesting a ... refund. Don’t waste your time and money at this place.
