Taco Bell - Windsor, Ontario

The food is great but the customer service is HORRIBLE. i attending taco bell at 3:25am on sunday june 30th and I had a horrible customer service experience, the food was amazing but the customer service was horrendous. We were waiting at the window after ordering our food for more ... than 10 minutes and when we got our food it was the completely wrong order. I went back through the drive thru and the manager demanded to see my food bags, accused me of lying and did not apologize for her mistake what so ever. she was extremely rude and assuming i was trying to steal from the company when i simply had the wrong order. i ended up leaving taco bell with the wrong order due to the managers horrible service, she made us take the bag and refused to fix the mistake she made on our order. I am completely un satisfied and the customer service was the worst i’ve ever experienced. this was my first time at the Dougall taco bell and i will never be back again. I will continue to go to the techumseh Taco bell as the customer service is tremendous, rather than the dougall taco bell which has the worst customer service ive ever experienced. i don’t care if you don’t want to work at 3am, you still have a job and a commitment to appropriate customer service which did not happen at all. i am very upset and will NEVER be visiting this taco bell ever again. especially because of the manager. She was very rude and ignorant. I will never be back again simply because of her. she should be fired. I am a extremely upset with her service. Read more

Worst food ever I'm so mad right now spent about 100 bucks on food all our fries were garbage I called to complain which honestly I never do I always just look at where it's coming from but this time they were so hard I could not chew them. The ... girl on the phone tells me we'll we can not credit unless you come all the way back so the rest of your foods garbage and waste another 20 in gas we'll no I'm not driving all the way back lady and guess what I come there all the time so next time I will make sure instead of being nice and saying don't worry make all the meals the same no I want them all different and I want fresh fries I will check it all and get it re made on site if it's not to my liking all you had to do was be a little nicer during our phone conversation Read more

Very fast service, and the food was consistant with other Taco Bell locations. If you are in a rush this is a great place to go. The store was also quite clean.

Burrito and taco cost over $15... What was once the cheapest and arguably most satisfying fast food experience has now become unsustainable.
