They messed my order up completely and the delivery guy was extremely rude. I will never come back to this location again. The manager also did not refund my food even though they gave me the wrong order... Not impressed at all terrible customer service and it took over 2 ... hours to get my food. Read more

I order delivery from this location regularly. My in store expierence was SO MUCH worse than delivery. The food was bland, plate presentation was awful, there is no real drink menu and when asked for Somersby specials that were displayed on the window we were told they were not able ... to provide them. HORRIBLE!!!! Have ordered from this location more than once and each and everytime they have messed up the order somehow at least McDonalds gets it right sometimes but I have never had this restaurant send me an order that I have gotten what I wanted or got old dried out ... food that was stone cold. The management is rude when you call and the drivers are clueless. Figured would give one last chance and again they blew it. Never ordering again. You couldn't pay me to order from them again. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I took my wife here and it was one of the worse experiences I ever had. The Decor of the place was just terrible, I felt like I was eating in a haunted house. The staff do not make you feel so welcome either. And the worse thing ... of all was the food, my wife ordered a half chicken and I ordered southwest with a side of spring rolls. First of all the dishes that our food was served in was very unclean and had spots on it. The chicken my wife ordered was ROTTON!, it smelled awful and the I don't remember chicken being green. My southwest was still cold and the spring rolls were way over cooked, almost burned. If you want explosive diarrhea this is the place to go! Read more
