Service in the atmosphere was ok food was not good would have been better to go to a fast food place. Bun was burnt and the kitchen was ok sending out and the fries on all 3 orderes were maybe lukewarm at best. So I tried to eat this This is the 3rd time I have gotten dry old delivery my bill was 30.25 there headquarters credit was 26$ location closed when I called to complain I was ripped off and will never order anything from them again..... response from the restaurant please ... let us make us make it right here's a form and a reference number for you to fill out no form then I call the restaurant and they're trying to call me now into thinking they don't have bad service and that there's nothing they can do including giving them the receipt number ticket number time but none of that apparently is good enough as a franchise the real owner should have called and I could have followed up with the at least made it right guess not so the manager decided to just continue being rude to me Read more

Update: Maja was better than typical service. But they are always understaffed. 1/4 chicken white meat kind of tiny portioned. Pierogies, I would not make them fried, and the original sour cream sauce was spicy. March 2024: Slow service. Ordered rice with quesadillas and hot fries. Ordered bacon/cheese burger with Caesar ... salad take out. Got fries. Had to call to complain. Nobody was paying attention to the side orders today. A satisfying meal. Prices are up but everything is up. Maybe server could’ve been more attentive. Never asked how everything was after the food was served. Had to ask for refill. The atmosphere was nice because we ordered delivery! I guess that's why someone on your staff thought these ribs were fine for consumption. Out of a whole rack of ribs the bun was the best part. Filed a complaint on the website and haven't heard anything. It's been over a week.

We got a wrong order (only one of us ordered the festive dinner but both ot the weird stuffing & cranberry sauce); wrong bill (none of ordered fries or salad or ice tea)- which we paid anyway since it was only few bucks more & pretty much the entire experience ... was very juvenile. We didn't really feel like arguing with a bunch of kids. The Asian man sitted next to us was talking to his food, then put a movie on his tablet really loud to watch while eating his food. Luckily, we were almost done by then, but we felt bad for the other customers. Overall, the food is as expected in this kind of establishment, and I remember it when it used to be much better, but it is what it is. The bun was fresh, butter was at a room temperature, chicken was hot - that's more than you get in some other places at this price range, so we ate it and took off. Read more
