Stopped here on my way out of Windsor for lunch and had an excellent experience, Jennifer was a great waitress great service. We had the new crunchy Mac and cheese and it was great! would recommend!
Bourbon BBQ burger is the best! Jennifer is awesome! Fantastic service every time we come! We will be back
My spouse and I came to this Kelseys for our first time, as we usually pass it after going to Sobeys or the LCBO, and in the past Kelseys had been one of my favourite restaurants. It's easy to find with ample parking. We got seating right away on the restaurant ... side and were served pretty quickly, it also wasn't that busy in there. The menus are quite detailed and there are some good choices for food in there. I must say, a normal price of beer is pretty outrageous outside of happy hour time at around 9.00 for a regular pint. Our server, who I forget her name unfortunately, was very friendly, talkative, and made our experience wonderful. My mother and my girlfriend and I went to Kelsey's after we went to the movies. We didn't order any drinks just water. We had chicken tenders, a steak and cheese quesadilla and a Nashville chicken sandwich. We had no complaints on our fries or on the steak and cheese. ... The only complaint we had on the tenders is that they come in a basket with paper and we are kind of tired of getting food like this. However, they brought us a plate and that was the end of that. On the topic of the Nashville sandwich: The sandwich is true to the dish with ingredients you come to expect. I thought the coleslaw was good. I thought the dust on the chicken was good. What I didn't like about the sandwich is that it comes with two pieces of chicken on it, which I'm sure looks impressive being the towering sandwich that it is. However, I found it incredibly impractical to eat. I don't like messy food if I bite into a sandwich and it's all over the table, I see that as a failure in composition. I think that chicken sandwich would be better with just one slightly larger piece of chicken as opposed to two smaller fried chicken cutlets. The atmosphere is modern, It's clean, It's a great place for the younger drinking crowd. I thought everything was a little pricey but I just chalk that up as a sign of the times, menu prices are going up everywhere. I shall return. Read more
