Johnny Rockets - Windsor, Ontario

We were very disappointed at Johnny Rockets at the casino in Windsor, we decided to have a quick bite before a show, i am allergic to black pepper so i asked the waitress if i can have my sandwich with no black pepper, to which she said oh i don't ... think we can do that, we are very busy. So i asked if she could please ask them as i cant eat it, she went to the open kitchen (in full view of us) and just stood there for a minute and then came back and said I don't think we can, she didn’t even ask, i spoke to the manager on duty and she said no we can’t do that we have a small grill and they use pepper on the grill so they couldn’t accommodate me allergy or not they couldn't clear a small spot to grill the chicken, so they don't have allergy procedures. We should have just paid for the drinks and gone elsewhere but we didn’t so I ordered a tuna melt which was full of onions and had black pepper in it which i discovered on taking a bite. So I had a few of my husband’s fries which came at least ten minutes before our sandwiches came. At any rate we will never go to eat there again. And i just wanted people to know if you have any allergies you need to steer clear of them. Read more

Decent diner in the Casino. I like the decor. Service is fairly good but food is just mediocre.

Dry & tasteless food with outrageous prices. We thought those fries we got on a 6" plate for $5.49 were some kind of a joke, but no, they were serious. That's what they served us as a plate of fries. Lol Do yourself a favour and go try something else at ... Casino Windsor. Maybe avoid their Tim Hortons too, as our friend got a food poisoning after eating a bagel with cream cheese from that Tim Hortons. Read more

Was told there was no take out and had to sit at the counter. I understand that they are busy and that was no problem. Waited over 10 minutes, no server came. Then a couple ordered take out in front of me. Finally asked to order and waitress ... (older lady) was rude and walked away. Over all bad experience. Awful customer service. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Finally got my burger.Not worth my time or money. Read more

No wait time. Pro. Food was quick. Tasted great. Server was professional and friendly. Average price. Cons. The Philly Cheese steak was dry. The men's bathroom looked like it was in a 80s horror movie. Paper all over, horrible paint job, lights out. Could use a little TLC.
