Food was delicious! Service is usually unpleasant but today was an improvement. Website was also easy to use.

Awful!! Customer service is rude, they are miserable in drive-thru, they can barely speak english, they dont know the menu at all. My fries were under-cooked, mozzarella sticks were old & dried out, cheese was hard as a rock, couldnt even eat them. Think this bk need a new manager as i orderd a whopper with extra all but no pickles. Got no extra and pickles. Do better. Also cant seem to get a simple order correct and is an ongoing problem. Wont be back here.

We went to the Tecumseh Rd location across from Tecumseh mall. It was a Wednesday and we went in for the whopper deal. Although it was very busy, the order was expedited quickly and accurately. The food came fast and hot. ... The dining room was spotless. Every available table was clean and drink station, spotless. This was the nicest fast food place I've been to in years. Very disappointed with my RAW burger. My family has been coming here for years and never had any issues. I understand that mistakes happen but this is completely unacceptable. The manager issued a refund but this is very clearly a food safety concern.
