What a rip off. I ordered a large pineapple cheese and I believe I got a medium. I call to ask why my large is same size of medium compared to other pizza company. The food is nasty and I wouldn’t recommen to anyone to go there.

Semiamoo Pizza Hut! WOW Warren, you have the worst customer service ever! Apparently you advised your delivery driver that my transaction didn't go thru and you were going to make him pay??? I have 2 different notifications and I also contacted my CC to confirm the transaction did go ... thru. How sad are you Warren! Fear mongering your delivery driver and sorry but for 85 it was the worst pizza and service ever!!! The district manager or owner should know how you treat your staff and customers!!! Shame!!!! Mother in law ordered a pizza at this store today and paid by credit card. The pizza turned up and the driver wanted paying but it had already been paid by credit card. Showed the transaction online and showed the driver however the manager (warren) told the delivery driver to come ... back and get payment otherwise it would come out of his wages. We showed the transaction had been paid many times and however still wanted another payment. You cannot threaten your driver to take the money from his wages when we clearly showed it had already been paid. Along with this, one of the pizzas (cheese) was totally over cooked and almost black on top. Never again would we order from this store totally unprofessional and very rude and threatening. I have been a customer at the Pizza Hut White Rock location for many years and find it to be the most welcoming place to go to. The staff in this location are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I am specifically thankful to Warren for his most wonderful, sincere, and ... professional customer service at all times.
