KFC - White Rock, British Columbia

This is basically a take out only place that hasn't been updated since Duran Duran had a hit single. Only 2 small tables. Staff wasn't friendly, but I don't blame them as it was so hot it felt like a furnace and I'd hate working there too. Parking is tricky ... on a busy day. Park elsewhere and walk. Like most KFC, everything but the chicken is garbage and would be at best 2 stars, the chicken here was mostly decent, only one soggy piece, at best... 2 stars (which if you want better, you shouldn't be at KFC anyway). So... Would I go back? No. But I wouldn't eat at any KFC unless it was too shut my kids up. Today: Bone in chicken tenders. Seriously? Could have choked to death. Two weeks ago : bought a couple of chicken breasts here and they’d clearly been cooked the previous day. Two months ago: came here and had to inform them of a dead rat in the parking lot. Three strikes - they’re out ... for me. Read more

This place just sucks. Its very hit or miss. Sometimes the fries are hot and fresh most times they are lukewarm and soggy. Same with the chicken. Most times the skin and breading is so grease soggy it just makes you sick. And this location never has the ice machine ... working. Instead they have this pathetic bucket out by the soda machine that like 10 ice cubes floating in 2 gallons of questionable water. If they can just get some consistency then they would be fine but you never know what to expect when you walk in. And that gets really frustrating. Read more

AVOID THIS KFC LOCATION! DO NOT GO HERE! If you are craving KFC it is worth it to go to the location at 72 ave and King George. One of the worst KFC locations ever created. They don't do extra crispy or double fried. The service is always terrible, its like they ... are doing you a favour taking your order. The food is terrible. I know what KFC should taste like and enjoy it as a treat once in a blue moon. This location has soggy chicken with limp gross fries. Also I have ordered the 15 piece bucket a couple of times and only gotten 13 pieces. When I called to complain they completely denied it. Be warned it's an overall terrible location. Read more

The food was tasty, average KFC quality. The customer service was a bit lacking, good thing I was in a good mood and didn't care too much about someone trying to be snappy with me. If you're not in a good mood though then you might want to avoid the ... place. Read more
