This is a welcoming place to feel safe to exercise at any level. Exercise rooms accommodate adults recovering from strokes, heart attacks, dealing with alzheimers, trying to get in shape or keep in shape. The atmosphere is is social and safe for seniors.

City of White Rock facilities, with curling ice in winter. Other events are hosted in the summer, went the ice is gone. Exercise cardio facilities upstairs with basic fitness equipment for adults. Not a high tech private gym and has city organized classes.
