The best place in intercity to eat food. Great customer service and yummy food. The mango salad is the best. People who are allergic to peanut can ask them to not put it. A must try if you visit intercity mall.

Enjoyed the food here tremendously. We got the Crab Rangoon to start, which was excellent. We shared the Sam's House Special Fried Noodles, the Sweet and Sour Chicken, the Ingredient Fried Rice, and Chinese Broccoli. Everything was fantastic and the owners were lovely.

Without a doubt one of the worst Chinese food meals I've had in a long time. My wife even commented that it was worse than food court Chinese. Dinner for 4. The cashew chicken was actually beef and tasted terrible. Plus it was basically paper thin peas pods and mushrooms. ... The house special beef is chunks of beef deep fried into charred oblivion with what tastes like that super cheap HP teriyaki or hoisin sauce. The lid even had the burned beef stuck into it. The BBQ pork was surprisingly crispy on the outside but the meat inside was almost impossible to chew through. The house noodles tasted like they had gone bad, that fermented tang of sourdough. The rice was so so. The spring rolls were barely cooked and needed to be cooked for another 6-7 minutes in the air fryer. There are other much better places to eat. Friendly, delicious. The first time my family and I went to Sam's (pre-COVID times) my dad did something I have only ever seen in movies: gave his compliments to the chef. They have since transitioned to takeout-only and, even though the restaurant is a far drive from home, we continue to ... go. Sam's extensive menu never disappoints, providing something yummy for everyone. The family-oriented staff is friendly and open to answering any questions. I had the satay spicy chicken fried noodles special with a spring roll. Total was ~$11. Firstly, they accept Amex so they already get points from me. Additionally, however, I found the dish to be filling, flavorful and well presented. Three spring roll was good and the ambience was not fancy, ... but comfortable. They could use a bit of a decor upgrade, but it wasn't terrible. The service was decent and pleasant, and the food was relatively quick to reach me. While the noodles were a bit too oily, they were delicious. I would recommend this establishment. Read more
